Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law. Drivers may not refuse a ride because of a service animal.
Mobility Devices
Foldable mobility devices that fit safely in a standard vehicle are accommodated. Wheelchair-accessible vans are not currently advertised as an available service.
Prohibited Conduct
Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior toward riders or drivers is prohibited and may result in account removal.
