Create an Account
Sign up with your name, mobile number, and email. Existing riders can sign in with the same account used in the mobile app.

Enter Your Locations
Add your pickup and destination, or choose a saved location. We validate the address and show the route on a map.

Select Your Time
Choose "Ride Now" for an immediate ride, "Schedule for Later" for a single future ride, or a recurring series for commutes and repeating trips. Scheduled rides are confirmed immediately and a driver is assigned closer to your pickup time.

Review the Fare
See your estimated fare, taxes, and fees before you commit. Longer trips may qualify for a reduced long-distance mileage rate on miles beyond a set threshold — shown as a separate line in your breakdown. No surprises, no hidden charges.

Choose a Payment Method
Use a saved card, add a new one, or pay with your wallet balance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Confirm Your Booking
Review the full summary and confirm. Your ride is confirmed only after payment succeeds. For scheduled rides, your driver is assigned closer to your pickup time.

Receive Ride Updates
Get real-time updates as your ride is assigned and your driver heads your way. For scheduled rides, you’ll be notified when a driver is on the way.

Use Your Ride PIN
A unique 4-digit PIN shown on your confirmation confirms you are with the right driver before you step in.

Track & Complete
Follow your trip live from pickup to drop-off, then rate your ride and add an optional tip.

Receipts & History
Access receipts and your full ride history anytime from your account on the web or in the app.
